Greetings! My name is Jaime Strohmeier and I am the Family and Consumer Science Teacher at Pierz Healy High School. I'm an assistant varsity volleyball coach along with being the Pierz Minnesota Honor Society advisor and the yearbook advisor.
I'm a graduate of Isle High School, Central Lakes College and Minnesota State University-Moorhead. I obtained my masters degree from the University of St. Mary's in 2009. This is my 21st year of teaching, my first 17 years were spent teaching Health Education at Isle Public Schools. I've had the opportunity to coach volleyball and basketball at the junior high, c-squad and junior varsity levels along with being an advisor for the National Honor Society, Student Council and Yearbook. During my tenure at Isle I was the Athletic/Activities Director for five years.
My husband Jim and I live in Little Falls with our two daughters, Courtney, a senior and Lyndsey, a freshman, at Pierz Healy High School. Jim owns and operates an ATM business and is also a varsity assistant coach for the Pioneer Football Team. We have two dogs, Blaze a yellow lab and Charlie a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Some of my favorite activities and hobbies are golfing, volleyball, basketball, reading, cabin time, fishing, summer bonfires, pontoon rides and spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy listening to music of all genres and attending concerts. One of my all time favorites is P!NK!!
