The purpose of your Community Education Program is to give you the opportunity for participation and sharing of what the school has to offer to help you learn a new skill, develop an existing talent, have fun or create!
New this year is the ability to register online using a safe, secure processor. You are encouraged to register online. You will receive an immediate confirmation email containing all the details for your class. All classes listed are linked to go directly to the online store.
You can also call the office at 468-6458 ext 7 or stop by and register in person with cash or check. All classes require pre-registration and pre-payment.
Refunds less than $20 will be held to be used for your next class registration. Cancellations after the deadline may result in forfeiture of partial or full class fee depending if the class fee is structured based on a certain number of participants and materials.
Class sizes are limited, registration will be on a first come first served basis. Classes with insufficient registration will be cancelled on the registration deadline.
We are always hiring! If you have a talent or hobby that you are willing to share or a skill or knowledge base you are interested in teaching, contact us!
Community Education has an advisory committee. The purpose of the committee is to provide input into the planning, growth, development and evaluation for the Community Education Program in District 484. Meetings are held quarterly throughout the year. If you are interested in serving this important role, please contact Sarah Funk.
You will be asked to complete a form with your name, phone, grade and health or allergy information. When registering more than one child for a class, you can enter this information, Add to Basket and then change the grade and teacher or health info, Add to Basket and do this for as many students as you have.
When you are ready, click on Checkout on the right and assign the correct child to the grade/teacher.
We will let your child's teacher know they are signed up and you don't need to send an additional note to Pioneer. Holy Trinity does require a note so they can ride the bus and the driver will let them off. Please indicate which school on the note for the bus driver. Some classes will be at the High School while some will be at Pioneer. This will be noted in the class description.
